In a recent finding reported by Zillow, the median prices for renting a place of residence across the United States have risen 2.6% since last December. This is the fastest reported pace of appreciation in several years, making the average median price for rent $1,439 per month and the highest rate Zillow has ever recorded. It is believe that the rate of rent increase is directly correlated with the income margin.

This trend is expected to continue to rise in the foreseeable future, which should make people start to consider the possibility of buying versus continuing to rent. Just some food for thought!
